Roof and Exterior House Painting in St Clair

Sky Painting & Decorating completed roof and exterior house painting at this single-storey brick home in St Clair, Western Sydney. The project brought together the tiled roof and exterior paintwork, changing the original brick-and-terracotta appearance to a lighter facade with a dark roof and contrasting trim.

The before photographs show the original brickwork, cream garage door and terracotta-coloured roof tiles. Roof-level photographs document the original tile surfaces, coating application and the dark finish, while the street-level views show how the exterior changed as the work progressed.

The roof coating system comprised one coat of Robertson’s roof primer followed by two coats of Robertson’s roof finish. The progress photographs show spray application across sections of the tiled roof, with close views of the coating boundaries, ridges and tile profiles. The wider roof views show the coated areas alongside the equipment used during the job.

The exterior painting used three coats of Dulux Weathershield. The finished photographs show pale painted brickwork with charcoal-coloured exterior details around the garage, entrance and windows. The gallery includes the side gate and garage area, a stage before the brick painting was complete, and the later completed facade.

The before-and-after comparison presents the front of the same house from similar viewpoints. Together with the progress photographs, it shows the roof and exterior transformation rather than only the finished street view.
